She had a heart for serving others and making people feel cared for. Her compassion was not simply part of her career; it was a reflection of the women she was every day.

Meet Jacqueline
Jackie Small
Jacqueline “Jackie” Deloris Small dedicated nearly 60 years of her life to healthcare and serving others. Known for her compassion, dedication, strong work ethic, and unforgettable personality, Jackie touched countless lives throughout her career, family, and community.
Her commitment to healthcare was more than a profession; it became a part of who she was. She believed in working hard, caring for others, and giving her best in everything she did.
Although Jackie passed away suddenly on January 2, 2026, the impact of her life continues. The Jacqueline Small Legacy Scholarship Foundation was created to ensure that her years of service continue to inspire and create opportunities for generations to come.
A Lifetime of Service
Jackie built an extraordinary career in healthcare. Her strength, dependability, and passion for her profession earned the respect of those who worked alongside her Year after year, she showed up with purpose, leaving an impression that continues to be remembered today.

More than a Phlebotomist
Jackie held many titles throughout her career, but outside of healthcare, her greatest joy was found in the people she loved most her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and lifelong friends. She was the personality in the room you couldn’t forget, bringing laughter, love, strength, and unforgettable memories wherever she went. Jackie was blessed to have so many people who loved and cherished her that we could literally fill this entire website with photographs and memories from a lifetime shared with family and friends. The photos shared here are only a small glimpse of the relationships she treasured and the countless memories she created. While every person and every special moment could never fit on one page, each of you remains an important part of her story. She was loved by many, and so many were fortunate enough to call her Mom, Grandma, family, or friend. 💜
